Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be included

  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for a free replacement or refund

  • Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene or supplier-related reasons (we will inform you when applicable)

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Damaged / defective / incorrect item: We cover the return shipping

  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Process

  1. Email us at info@lecwarehousing.com with your order number and photos (if damaged)

  2. We will provide instructions and the correct return address

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund

  4. Refunds take 3–5 business days after approval

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase unless processing has already started.
